"A press release from Hasboro indicated that Magic: The Gathering – Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 will be coming out later this year, and will be available through Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, and STEAM for the PC."
Stainless Games announced today in a press release that Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers has topped 500,000 lifetime sales on Xbox LIVE, putting it in the upper echelon of all XBLA games on the Marketplace.
"Xbox LIVE Arcade has already taken in over $46 million this year according to analyst firm Forecasting & Analyzing Digital Entertainment, LLC (FADE) as the digital distribution of games continues to grow. Through the end of June, they forecast that sales on Xbox LIVE Arcade has 36% over the previous year thanks to special promotions like the LIVE Arcade Block Party and discounts on games."
