Wii - Wii Fit was in the top 3 of all regions. Mario Kart Wii and Wii Play were up in the top as well.
Xbox 360 - Call of Duty: World at War was at the top of North America and Europe, along with Gears of War 2. In Japan, Race Driver: GRID and Fallout 3 came out on top.

James Walker of Binge Gamer is almost at the finish line for the Top Games Lists, now releasing the 2005 list. While the Xbox 360 did see a release during this year, it was at the end of the year and none of the first generation of titles were able to make their way on this list when compared to what the older systems were still pumping out. Including many franchises that we are still playing today.

Here is a list of the top 5 video game sales on Amazon, for week 37 in 2008. On the Wii, Mario Kart Wii and Wii fit came out on top for most regions, but beaten by One Piece Unlimited Cruise: Episode 1 in Japan. On the Xbox 360, Dead Rising, Infinite Undiscovery, and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames came out on top. Grand Theft Auto IV and Halo 3 are also up there as well.
