Mario Super Sluggers came out just three days ago in the U.S.A. and Gamespot has now reviewed it, giving a not so good score of 6.5 outta 10.
Gamespot notes that the single-player challenge mode was incorporated very well into the game, saying that it was "one of the strengths of Mario Superstar Baseball". A knock against the game is production values. Aside from the character models, everything else looks the same as its GameCube predecessor.

The latest week of Japanese sales are in, with a bunch of new releases lining the charts, headlined by the latest remake from Square Enix: Dragon Quest V DS.
The top seller this week is the aforementioned Dragon Quest V for the DS, selling a whopping 644k units. Here is a gameplay video of Mario Super Sluggers, a game that most of us are looking forward to play. By the looks of it, the game seems really fun, it may get a little repetitive though.
