Nintendo of America today gets Metroid on the Nintendo 3DS eShop for download as well as a playable demo for the upcoming CRUSH 3D game by SEGA. CRUSH 3D is set to be released on March 6th.

With the extensive amount of pre-order bonuses being offered by Gamestop in North America, Nintendo is trying to promote the release in the UK by allowing players to download the original Metroid on the Virtual Console for free. The catch is that you have to be amongst the first 5000 people to register the game on Club Nintendo.
In this edition of the Wii Virtual Console Wrapup, we'll review the two weeks that have gone by, and the new games that have been added to the three Virtual Consoles.
