Gametrailers.com gave MK vs DC an overall score of 7.4 out of 10. The narrator praises the coherent storyline and the general presentation featured in the game. Complaints included lack of any bonus gameplay modes like Chess, unlockable content, and violence.
"Im not going to give anything away, but I will say that the entire concept isnt quite as far-fetched as you might have thought. Im not entirely sure how theyre going to tie-in the endings with the story (for each character) and still have things work cohesively, but maybe it wont be as bad as some of us think."
"The new Pro Move system the new combo-supers that are featured in the trailer is an extension of the normal Super Move system. Players can inflict more damage, execute extended combos and pretty much beat the competition into a state of pwnage. Yes, pwnage."
We've previously been given details about the MK vs DC Universe "Kollectors Edition", and now we can all see a video which will take you from start to finish through Alex Ross' painting of the Kollectors Edition removable print.
