After just recently announced by the Playstation.Blog, the PSP is getting a handful of new games. One of them is a the brand new Motorstorm: Arctic Edge. Taking one of the most brutal off road racers, throwing in top of the mountain and making it all portable. One interesting thing that can be noted in the trailer is a 2 brand new vehicles, the snow mobile and the snow plow. And of course, the trailer ends like every other Motorstorm trailers. How satisfying.

"Motorstorm: Pacific Rift doesn’t look entirely different from the first game in terms of how it plays but the original was such a masterpiece that tampering with what they had already might have caused a burnout, so for now Evolution have closed the bonnet on changing the game’s core features. Pacific Rift is set to roll onto the scene in early November."

One thing some people complained about the first motorstorm was the few tracks with not much variety. So Evolution Studios decided to add 16 tracks, with a variety of beaches, volacnoes, deserts and thick jungles. The created a 'zone' style using the elements for the tracks (earth zone, fire zone etc.) Along side, they also recieved dozens of images for each track.
