This weekend in Japan was the 2009 edition of the New Generation World Hobby Fair, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. The World Hobby Fair is for game makers and other hobby companies to showcase their goods to the public. Newssite Dengeki Online highlighted some of the game companies that made an appearance at the fair.

Capcom was in attendance with their action game Monster Hunter 3 tri~ for the Wii, best-seller Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G for the PSP, and Ryuusei no Rockman 3 f...

A rather bizarre collection of titles coming this May 24, mixed in with the blockbuster Infamous and a couple lesser known but great titles.

So, for the Wii and DS we have Rolling Stone: Drum King (??), Space Camp, the appearing generic but possible good Speed Zone, The Munchables, Personal Trainer: Walking (for those that haven't quite figured it out yet), and Puffins: Island Adventure -- hell yeah!

Damnation (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) is a title we highly recommend checking out -- described...

In a press release today, Namco Bandai has announced a new action adventure title for the Wii, The Munchables, which is set to hit US stores this May.

The home planet of the Munchables is in peril, facing an invasion by the evil Don Onion and his band of space pirates. The Munchables will need to be able to do what they do best--eat--to defeat their enemies and free their planet. With each foe they defeat they will grow in size and power, which will allow them to eat even larger enemies....
