Marvelous Entertainment has released some new screenshots for their upcoming ARPG, Muramasa: The Demon Blade for the Nintendo Wii.

The game takes place in the mystical Genroku era, ruled by the skilled shogun Tsunayoshi Tokogawa. His lust for power leads to a conflict over the powerful but cursed Demon Blades. They condemn those who use them to tragedy, madness, and untimely deaths. Players will take control of a ninja or a kunoichi in side-scrolling levels to stop Tokogawa.

From the Nintendo Fall Press Conference last night, there are new screenshots for Marvelous Entertainment's upcoming Wii Action RPG from Vanillaware: Muramasa: The Demon Blade. The game will feature 2D graphics, artwork and gameplay, featuring the company's great animation abilities.
