Daniel Vuckovic has posted up some interesting news concerning a man from Australia. This man uploaded an illegal copy of the game New Super Mario Bros. Wii a week prior to release in Australia. Check out the source to find out how much Nintendo has sued him for, including the whole press release.

In a press release today, Nintendo has announced that beginning on Sunday, September 27, the Wii will drop in price from $249.99 to $199.99. The contents of the single SKU will remain the same, with the Wii console, 1 Wii Remote, 1 Nunchuk, and Wii Sports.

Additionally, the publisher has also given a release date (finally) for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, which will release on November 15.
