"The PSP has - despite what some people insist - a seriously impressive library of great titles, especially RPGs. In fact, you could argue that the handheld has more quality role-playing games than the PS3 does. That’s why it was so hard to narrow this list down to just five games. These five, however, represent the best of the best on the PSP - not the most hyped or the most overrated (hence the lack of both Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep). These games are c..."
"Side-scrollers are a genre that might be limited due to being on a flat plain, but developers have experimented with them enough to make some amazing titles. Some could argue that side-scrollers are among one of the most important genres for Platformers, Beat-Em-Ups, and Puzzle Adventure games. This generation has been great at keeping side-scrollers alive: the following titles are among the best this generation has to offer."

"Today, we're putting that rumor to rest and compiling our list of the best games the PSP has to offer you at this very moment. These are the games we think are the most fun to play. These are the ones we find our handhelds getting drawn toward. These are the ones that make train rides to work and the horrible TV shows our significant others watch tolerable.

"With my exams going way better than I expected, and with so many out of the way, I figured I would have a bit more time on my hands to dive into a few games. Of course E3 has been a crucial focus of the week for me, but I only got to watch the Sony and EA conferences in full. I was a bit miffed that Metal Gear Solid Rising was in development for the Xbox 360, but now Raiden is leading the game, and it’s not even being written by Hideo Kojima himself, Peace Walker will more than wet my taste f..."
Home was already announced to get a new feature called 'StageSet', but its getting a lot more then just that. The Playstation.Blog has a run down of a ton of new features for Home. And Siren fans will be very pleased with this news as well.
"April was a slow month for big blockbuster titles. Fortunately, May is looking like it will pick up the slab with several promising games. Here are the top five new video games to look forward to this month."
Nothing huge to speak of this week, though a few things out of the ordinary have turned up, like Crysis: Maximum Edition, which houses the original Crysis, side-story Crysis Warhead, and the latter game's multiplayer mode Crysis Wars.
Besides that, Wii owners are treated to a remake of the solid platformer Klonoa: Door to Phantomile, and DS owners can experience the classic Jagged Alliance, a Fallout/Shadowrun-ish game which got its start on PC many years ago.
"We’re now leading into spring and things are about to improve on all gaming consoles, especially the somewhat neglected Sony PSP. The many games I have mentioned in countless previews are finally hitting the shelves, one of them being the seamlessly addictive Patapon 2. When the PSP first launched we were soon greeted by Loco Roco, a delicious piece of feel-good gaming that instantly became a bestseller worldwide. Loco Roco’s success was soon followed by Patapon, the brainchild of Loco’s crea..."
