That is correct, the requirements to play the game is 67MB of space on your Playstation 2 memory card.... which has a Max (official) capacity of 8MB meaning, you'll pretty much need 9 memory cards to save the game.

Fortunately, this is simply a misprint on the back of the box, and the true size that is required is much smaller... about 1024...
