Sure, the toys will be based on the movie, and not the game, but it's a movie based on a game. So, in a roundabout way, we'll have the first LEGO toys to be made from a video game series, and not the other way around.

Just when you thought your Christmas games list couldn't get any longer, Ubisoft have announced that their next title in the Prince of Persia franchise will be released on the 2nd of Decemeber in North America and the 4th/5th of Decemeber in Europe and the UK, respectively.
