Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands

GetGamesGo.com somehow managed to get Ubisoft to let them sell some games at, up to, 75% off; awesome guys. Many of these games are some well known titles from the Developer/Publisher.

"Yes, the character models are constructed of cuboid blocks and the environments look like a collection of rectangles, but these were playgrounds first and art second – you can feel the level design as you play, each new room constructed to ensure a fast, steady flow to the platforming that never breaks pace. It remains some of the greatest level design going, and you can see the influences Sands Of Time had on titles like Uncharted and Assassin’s Creed as you hop, shimmy and wall run your way..."

"Solid Snake makes his return this week in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP to headline the video game releases for this week. Rock Band fans will also get to enjoy a new version featuring punk rockers Green Day while golf fans get a new Tiger Woods for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii."

"Red Dead Redemption wannabe owners should keep an eye out on their local Toys R Us this Tuesday as they will have a $25 Gift Card available with purchase of the game. However, the deal is time limited and you have to be a Rewards R Us member. K-Mart and Amazon also are offering Gift Cards for this game."

"Difficult week of games this week but not because there is a lack of new titles to choose from. There is actually a number of tough choices this week for just about every game platform."

"Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands for Wii is a new installment in the popular Prince of Persia series and presents a new adventure within the Sands of Time universe. After leaving his father's kingdom to prove his worth, the Prince is drawn towards a mysterious realm. He quickly discovers that he must harness his acrobatic abilities and powers over the environment to not only survive, but to save a mystic palace from unfathomable evil."

"Ubisoft has announced the release date for the Wii version of Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. After releasing the first Wii screenshots yesterday, the company announced that the game will arrive on the console on 14 May.

The Forgotten Sands isn't the first Prince Of Persia game for Wii - that would be Rival Swords - but it is the first that has been built from the ground up for the console."

"So far what I've gathered and read . The game is set a few months after Sands of Time. The Prince goes to a neighboring kingdom ruled by his brother name Malik. The Prince sees similarities of his mistake and his brother's mistake. Aside from this, the Prince gets a new companion called Razia who controls the elements/magic, kind of reminds me of Elika in PoP 2008. Aside from this, the combat is going to have about 50 enemies on screen that you have to mow down. Err. I hope its nothing like D..."
