"You are thrown in the Fox River Penitentiary, the notorious home of the first season of Fox’s hit show Prison Break. Playing as Tom Paxton, you will ensure that the events of the first season go according to plan. Well... the plan that The Company had hoped for anyway. Tom, a company agent was written into the game to parallel the original story that everyone saw during the first season back in 2005. Luckily for die hard fans, the story is written to where it does not contradict the major por..."
"From the beginning, everything seems like a great idea and looks nice. Once the action starts, so does the disappointment. Not being able to play as either of the Schofield brothers is an immediate letdown. If you can make it through the frustrating single-player story and are just dying to get some more Prison Break action, you can play against a friend (same TV only, no online) in a best of three prison fight."
"A thin week for releases but that is probably welcome after the glut of quality releases the last few weeks. The PC only gets one new release for this week; Mount & Blade: Warband which has players riding horses across battlefields. Meanwhile, the Xbox 360 finally gets MegaMan 10 and adds a new entry in the classic fighting series Samuari Showdown SEN."
"Based on the popular television series, Prison Break: The Conspiracy follows the plot of the first season, but is constructed well enough that those who haven’t seen a single episode will catch-up pretty quickly, and have little trouble following the complex narrative. Playing as Tom Paxton, a new character invented for the game, the storyline offers a different perspective of the events of the television series, expanding the universe in the same way that Enter the Matrix was so desperate to..."
"dSonic, the award-winning game audio production company behind the voice-overs for Prison Break: The Conspiracy, has announced that Robert Knepper has reprised his role as “T-Bag” for the game based on the popular Prison Break television series. The game, developed by Zootfly, will be published by Deep Silver this Friday, March 26th 2010."
"For connoisseurs of the series the well-known Fox River Penitentiary and the corresponding locations will be immediately recognizable. But Prison Break: The Conspiracy also offers all fans of the series an exclusive insight into areas of the prison that haven't been seen before."
"Lincoln Burrows, often referred to as “Linc” or “Linc the Sink” (a name given to him by other inmates,) is the older brother of Michael Scofield. After their mother passed away, Lincoln took on the responsibility of caring for his brother and became Michael’s guardian. Lincoln endured a tumultuous youth, starting with his dropping out of high school during his sophomore year and leading to a life marred by crime and violence. Even early on, he already had a number of convictions on his rap sh..."
Deep Silver launched a new trailer for the Xbox 360 version of Prison Break The Conspiracy video game. We can see that we aren't going to control the lead characters in the show, however we can still get to hear their original voice act. The video showed some small game play footage, really exciting!
"The website offers an inside look at the game, including screenshots and video clips. A news section keeps fans up-to-date on the latest happenings behind the walls of Fox River State Penitentiary, and dossiers are provided for characters such as the game’s protagonist, Tom Paxton, and his boss, as well as members of the show’s cast, including Michael Scofield, John Abruzzi, and more. Fans can discuss the game and other elements of the Prison Break world in the site’s forum."
