Linkin Park Fan | August 15, 2008 | News | Playstation 3  | views: 3506
"Spoiler alert! A new Ratchet & Clank game is coming next year. Upon completing Quest for Booty -- the downloadable Ratchet & Clank episode due on PSN next week -- 1UP was rewarded with ... more Ratchet & Clank; at least, the reassurance that there'll be a ninth installment in the franchise. The teaser (pictured above) supposedly appears after the credits roll and all but confirms Insomniac's intent to keep churning out sequels every other fall (the series is turning just "six" in November!), ..."

PSN leaked document proved true

Silver Mirror | April 10, 2008 | News | Playstation 3  | views: 1968
"When we reported on the PSN Release Schedule leak story and the possible truth behind it, the dates and content listed were still only speculation. After recent revelations, it’s now clear that the schedule is in fact true.

The leaked European document was always potentially credible due to the correct date given to Warhawk: Operation Broken Mirror. Thanks to our very own Kelsey Hart’s digging into the Ratchet: Quest for Booty item on the list, further concrete reliability was added to the..."

PlayStation's Team Ten

Seeker X | February 25, 2008 | News | Playstation 2 Playstation 3  | views: 5433
"Liquid's Hand
From: Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Sony Skill: Revolver Blast

Why?: Anyone who played Metal Gear Solid remembers how badass Revolver Ocelot was as he shot it up with Snake and twirled his pistols. However, when Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty showed up, we saw Revolver beaten by the most unexpected of foes -- Liquid Snake's hand. If those five digits have that kind of power, they need to be in this game. You'd select the hand as your fighter and then attach it to..."

    ITANI | September 22, 2007 | News | Playstation 3  | views: 2715
"Set to run at 60 fps, the title will support both 720p and 1080i. For all you Resistance fans, they promise that all of their upcoming PS3 titles will support 60 fps (and that means Resistance 2 as well). Back to Ratchet and Clank, the title will take up a whopping 22 GB of a 25 GB Blu-ray disc. Even without the localizations, the title couldn't fit on a DVD9."

Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction will help silence fanboy critics?

    mistermostyn | August 18, 2007 | News | Playstation 3  | views: 3042
"You’ll recall the recent accusations of rendered footage being passed off as in-game content prior to the full appearance of Ratchet & Clank’s latest adventure (a la Killzone 2’s first unveiling at the old E3)? Well, it would certainly appear that, although Tools of Destruction does boast some Pixar-like narrative segues, its in-game aesthetics are also thoroughly stunning to behold.

Packed with all the trademark action and humour that has seen furry Ratchet and clunky Crank become firm fa..."

    Linkin Park Fan | July 05, 2007 | News | Playstation 3  | views: 1540
"At its core, Tools of Destruction seems to play like any Ratchet and Clank video game, with Ratchet busting up bad guys, tackling humongous bosses and collecting bolts to upgrade weapons. At this early stage, the game's graphics remain its most impressive feature. Built from the ground up on PlayStation 3 and powered by an overhauled proprietary engine, the game showcases sprawling and exquisitely detailed environments populated by an assorted cast of characters, mountains, oceans, fortresses..."
