"It’s a much more action-centric story and very quickly sets players to fighting the undead. There are no tutorials about herding cattle, it’s just .45 caliber brain surgery and plenty of it!"
"Printing, distributing and advertising are all things that the big disc-based games have built into their price structure that actually have nothing to do with the game. When a game is digital only, it can be cheaper, eliminating those steps. They can also afford to be smaller: I know that I think twice about a game when it begins its retail life at $20. Even though it is possible for a developer to make a quality title and release it cheaply, it just seems to devalue the inner content when i..."
"Rockstars rootin' tootin' free roamin' shoot 'em up is on sale today (Thursday the 29th) along with all of its DLC packs as part of their 12 Days of Deals. You can get Red Dead Redemption for 25% off off it's normal price of thirty dollars, and the DLC packs are all 50% off."

"Big-budget gaming has backed itself into a corner. It’s your fault. It’s my fault. It’s the fault of developers, publishers and reviewers. Even technology has played a part. Allow me to explain: we live in privileged times where we can get games tailored to nearly every taste and whim, but we’ve reached an impasse. The problem is the number of games that have quite literally outdone themselves."
With fall releases in full swing the crew at Goozernation looks back to their ever growing backlog which includes games such as Red Dead Redemption, Fallout New Vegas, Goldeneye 007, Enslaved, Borderlands, Bulletstorm, LA Noire, and Metal Gear Solid 4. The bigger question here is how can a gamer find anytime to play this stuff and how did these games end up in the backlog?
Here's Joystick Division's take on the greatest gangs in video game history. Gangs litter some of the industry's most successful, creatively-expansive titles, and play a vital part in how developers can connect with real societal issues that occur across America periurban communities

GamersGameplay: Controversy to praise, chaos to orderly conduct, Rockstar Games is one of the companies that have evolved into a renowned publisher in the video game industry. Over the past few years their presence in the industry has changed in a good way. Countless great titles lie under their belt, however one franchise by far is the most common one associated with their name.
L.A. Noire is going to one of those games other developers try to emulate. Rockstar has taken gaming in a different collection with L.A. Noire. The combination of an open ended world paying homage to GTA IV meets detective work is a welcome change to the industry standard. The biggest question, is will gamers see a sequel?
We often wonder how we could get more variety in games, and at the same time, enable developers to take a few risks, yet not face bankrupcy in doing so.
OXCGN writer asks the question, how could developers do that, perhaps with compilations of HD levels extracted from several games on the one disc.
Much like Valve did with the Orange Box, which contained several games, gave each style of player something to get their teeth into, yet still enabled a long-term sale value for the publisher...
Today on the daily update: Super Meat Boy gets the action figure treatment, Rockstar is pulling a Grand Theft on gamers, Duke's got the girls, Star Trek set to beam to a Netflix portal near you, Rage trailer gets Zqueakz hot and bothered, and video games ready to take the Grammys by storm.
"Now that Charlie Sheen has a bit more free time since Warner Bros. decided to finally up and kill Two and Half Men, one can only wonder what a man so focused on winning will be able to do to occupy his time. While I’m sure we can all agree that splitting his time between the two major women in his life, one a notable adult entertainer and the other a model/graphic designer, is a full-time job in and of itself amidst the binges that the public is aware of – there doesn’t really seem to be anyt..."

"With the upcoming release of LA Noire, I thought I'd have a play through Red Dead Redemption, and thus proceeded to inanely write something about it. Try to enjoy it please! So in case you hadn't noticed, Red Dead Redemption is a game about cowboys; which is cool, right? Well yes, I think it is! I mean what isn’t mouth wateringly bad-ass about a man with a cigarillo, poncho and wide brimmed hat riding around on a stallion blowing away bad guys without even breaking to sweat? Therefore, a well..."
"In order to best present our favorite games, we are forgoing the traditional Top X Games of 2010. This is restrictive and divisive and doesn’t allow us to spotlight all the games we like, all in effort to create an artificial hierarchy. Instead, alphabetically, here are all the games we enjoyed from 2010."

"I won’t lie: this gaming year has been a difficult one for OXCGN’s staff. (Cue violins). It seems most of us have had a hard time balancing a lack of time, a lack of money, and a lack of interest in the current crop of gamer’s games.
The general lack of innovation and proliferation of sequels in hard-core games in a difficult economic climate has seen many of us often turn to alternative (and often cheaper) gaming experiences like on smartphones or XBLA and PSN. (okay, kill violins).

"We all have that gamer in our lives. The one who you never know quite what to shop for. Will they like it, won’t they like it. They may in fact think you don’t know gaming at all. You might not, but here at PtC we’re want to help you fake it. You may be sitting there asking yourself “What do I get that gamer in my life who has a PS3?” Well ask no more."

"Rockstar Games has announced that the Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare* standalone playable disc is now available at retailers in North America for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. It will be available in Europe on November 26, 2010.
Undead Nightmare makes an entirely new game from Red Dead Redemption’s amazing open world. The Western frontier is completely transformed into a classic zombie-horror fight for survival."
IGN ponder one of the greatest mysteries that face gamers today: Why don't we finish more video games? No matter how much money seems to be spent on a game, the price never guarentees completion. Why is that? IGN attempt to delve into the minds of gamers world wide in order to answer this question. Personally, I think it's down to the fact that games get awefully pretencious after you've poured oh-so-many hours into them. But, what do you think?
Well isn't this interesting. Coming just after a blog exploring how people don't finish games, we now have an entry by Tae K. Kim to discuss the length of games and why they should be shorter. So do you want a more succinct package which is better for your buck, or do you prefer the long game which goes the mile?
"With video games more expensive than ever, you would think that gamers would squeeze every last second of play out of them before moving on to the next adventure. But that's not always the case. Earlier this year, Bioware released some fascinating statistics about Mass Effect 2, but the stand-out figure was the revelation that only 50 -percent of players actually finished Commander Shepherd's mission to stop the Collectors."
"The Taliban in Medal of Honor, Cooking Mama vs. PETA, Mass Effect vs. Fox, video games have made headlines and offended many people throughout the years, be it with violent or sexual content or the game touching on a touchy subject people have been offended by video games for years but I have a question to ask: Can you be offended by an idea?"
"With Halloween over for the year, one might still be aching to have a good time. Especially in the vast world of Red Dead Redemption. A world normally full of cattle rustlers, bandits, and wild beasts; this all changed on October 26th with the release of Undead Nightmare, the latest DLC aimed to add a ghoulish twist to the world that John Marston inhabits. For those who have played Red Dead Redemption, you know that John Marston is a man out to redeem himself and his family from his shady past..."

"A prevalent fixation in modern pop-culture is that of zombies.
Zombies. The Undead. The Walking Dead. The Living Dead. Whatever you want to call them, they’ve always been a common feature of video games.
More recently, however, they have become a hackneyed icon.
From the past few years, let’s name a few games that primarily focused on the undead: Dead Rising 1 and 2, Resident Evil 5, Silent Hill Homecoming, Nation Red, Burn Zombie Burn, Dead Space, and Left 4 Dead 1 and 2.
Bringin..."

Personally, when it comes to the Undead Nightmare pack screens, I think there's more than enough released, that's untill Rockstar decided to announce The Four Horses of the Apocalypse. That's right! Introducing Pestilence, Famine, Death, and War. Each comes with it's own special powers, that's if you can find and break these raging beasts.
Rockstar release another lot of screenshots, this time show casing three new outfits available for unlock in the up-cominng Undead Nightmare Pack, and each one has their own set of Challenges and unique rewards.
"Since there are literally hundreds of thousands of games out there, it’s no easy task for lead characters to make a lasting impression on the player. Once in a while however, you'll come across a leader that's different. Somehow, that character manages to set himself apart from the others."

"We live in a day and age where DLC is quite a hot topic.
Developers lock content onto game files and expect us to pay for it, we are expected to pay outrageous amounts for old content, and many things of that nature (previously discussed in the Lack of Focus article).
Rockstar is one of the few companies out there that actually understands what the term Downloadable Content means. Grand Theft Auto IV set the bar for what DLC should be, and Rockstar has succeeded yet again with the secon..."
"In addition to Multiplayer Poker, Liar's Dice and Horse Races, as well as the new Stronghold Competitive Multiplayer mode and devastatingly destructive Explosive Rifle, the Liars and Cheats Pack for Red Dead Redemption also features a collection of new Gang Hideouts and Hunting Grounds.
At each of the 7 new Gang Hideouts (Critchley’s Ranch, Crooked Toes, Cueva Seco, Rancho Polvo, Scratching Post, Venter’s Place and Warthington’s Ranch) players can posse up and take down swarms of enemies. ..."
"As anybody that watched last week's Liars and Cheats Pack trailer can testify to, the Explosive Rifle does exactly what's advertised - It obliterates any enemy in its path in one powerful shot, with the force of its blast even knocking down nearby enemies in the process. The Explosive Rifle is so devastatingly destructive, that in order to balance the sheer power of the weapon, it comes with limited ammunition and no-lock ability... so you'll need to choose your targets wisely."
"When Red Dead Redemption released this past summer to critical success many felt something was missing. Not something simple, but a mode sorely missed that many assumed to be a given – horse racing. RDR’s Liars and Cheats DLC will fix this and include guns!"

"Following the free DLC Outlaws to The End Co-Op Mission Pack released last month for Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar is planning a series of DLC set to release over the next few months. Announced today there will be four packs hitting Red Dead Redemption starting with the Legends and Killers Pack set to release at the begging of August. "If I would have had to pay for this DLC pack, I would demand a refund. The missions are frustrating, unoriginal and, for the most part, the co-op experience is poorly designed. So make sure you posse up with seasoned Red Dead players and light some soothing candles before jumping into this mess of a co-op pack."

Red Dead Redemption has been a resounding success for Rockstar. With so much to do in the game, All Age Gaming's John Elliott brings us his 5 quirky things to do in the game before you shelve it away for the next AAA game to spend time in your console.
"If you've played the ever popular Red Dead Redemption online since it's May 18 release, you know it's been plagued with errors. Invisible players and horses, glitchy NPC's, AI failures, disappearing missions, and terrible connection quality. Here we are 5 weeks later, and while most of it is fixed, some still remains. Rockstar has issued a formal apology to it's consumers by releasing the Outlaws To The End Coop Mission Pack, thus beginning the redemption of Red Dead Redemption."
""To put it simply your character still controls like an unresponsive tank. One of the main complaints about GTA3 was the poor out of car on foot controls, so Rockstar changed things up with GTA4 but really didn’t completely fix the problem. The addition of a cover system, rolling and slightly more responsive controls really helped the game’s on foot mechanics but it still doesn’t control as well as other big name franchises out there.""
Rockstar Games has released a fix for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Red Dead Redemption’s recently released Outlaws to the End Co-Op Pack.

"Rockstar games are known for their high profile titles, transforming and innovating sandbox worlds that engage players like never before. Red Dead Redemption is no exception and not only did they create a realistic world set 100 years ago in America but they’ve found a way for us to put down our plasma rifle and pick up a lasso."
They've done it again: Red Dead: Redemption has again fought off competition from its rivals to top the UK charts. The Western repeated last week's chart performance by fighting off a plumber and football to nab the top spot for a fifth consecutive victory.

"Howdy partners, Rockstar’s been mighty busy with their GTA-fangled series, but we wrangled up their latest Western offering and got ourselves an opinion on the fella. Um… what in tarnation… um…
Ok, so the cowboy lingo isn’t really working, but nonetheless we take Red Dead Redemption for a ride to see if this open-world Western is a beautiful stallion or a spur in the side (Yeehaa)."
"As I played through Red Dead Redemption, I learned a lot of things about the Old West. Irrelevant things since I shot them all, but one theme remained strangely constant as I played: The West hated women. I guess The West could just never forgive them for Mary Kate and Ashley’s How the West Was Fun.
The female characters in Red Dead Redemption are only there to nag and complain before a passing murderer uses her as a knife storage. Every woman lies to you, and most of them try to kill you...."

Game Podunk Review - Red Dead Redemption: A Combination of Grand Theft Auto and Back to the Future 3
"Everything about the game play in Red Dead Redemption is simply outstanding. There are no shortages of tasks that you can perform. Simply exploring the landscape at your own pace is fun due to the fine attention to detail that Rockstar Games put into this game. You can wrangle horses, herd cattle, take down forts, find treasure, play poker and do almost anything else that you can imagine. The controls are fluid and nothing seems forced or difficult."
"You can literally spend hours just roaming the land, which speaks volumes about the quality of the sandboxing, but the lure of the open wild does have something of a negative effect on the singleplayer storyline. You want to spend so much time exploring that any momentum built by the core story missions is ruined. John is simply desperate to get back to his family during missions, but then doesn't seem to mind going bush for days on end searching for beaver to kill and skin."
Perhaps one of the all-round best sandbox games thus far in 2010. Getting high acclaim from almost all avenues. Come check out OXCGN's review on the game, and see what they have to say about it. It's not perfect, and the score reflects that, but it is a damn fine game nevertheless.
Some great images and vids also in the review, as well as several other articles on the game.
Aside from March, May was easily the biggest month in 2010 so far in terms of quality new releases. Here are the top ten titles that were released in the past month.
All Age Gaming's Ian Crane takes a look at Rockstar's newest venture, Red Dead Redemption. Set as a 'Western', is this game just a Western version of GTA and not much else or does it have something that will catch the attention from traditional non-fans of the GTA series? Read on to find out.
Finding the lack of sexual content, GameZone's Nixie Pixel came away disappointed with Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption -- a title she expected to serve her need to explore the naughty sides of life.
Rockstar slightly overdoes with the open-world element in an otherwise amazing game that deserved all the hype it got before its release. An epic title that everyone should pick up.
GameZone's Jason Young digs deep into the pricing for today's video games and provides quotes from publishers, such as Namco Bandai, on justifying the price in retail.
"Howdy partners and ladies I think. Now there isn’t many games that are solely based in the western time, but thats what Red Dead Redemption pretty much is, a game set in that time, in that location. Rockstar is famous with developing sandbox games that are packed with numerous features to do in them and this game is no different."
"When out exploring, whether in town or in the wilds, you will often come across random encounters to take on. These can be anything from saving a prostitute who is getting roughed up by a John to rescuing a merchant under siege by outlaws. At one point on the way back from very successful hunting trip, I ran across a wagon that had been tipped on its side. A woman in skimpy garb stood near the trail yelling for me to help her. So, being the kind Samaritan that I am, I stopped. Without spoilin..."
Red Dead: Redemption has moseyed - or more accurately, leapt - into the UK all-format chart, knocking 2010 FIFA World Cup off the top of the charts.
The game lassoed the top spot with 65% of its sales on the Xbox 360 and the remaining 35% on PS3. Stock delays have been speculated to be responsible for the difference.
The Western adventure kicked former champion 2010 FIFA World Cup into second, while Just Dance climbed to third and Wii Fit Plus secured fourth, up from ninth. Newcomer Spl...
Red Dead Redemption has recieved high praise since its release, but it seems not everybody is happy with the game. Some Irish groups are crying foul at the stereotypical drunk, violent Irish character (aptly named "Irish")...
"Rockstar Games has once again delivered a perverted and anarchistic portrayal of the American experience. Only this time it’s less Carlito’s Way and more Fistful of Dollars. Set a hundred years ago, Red Dead Redemption puts the player into the boots of John Marston, a cowboy of shady repute on the trail of his ex-allies at the behest of US Marshals. Through the smoke of spent gunpowder and the dust of the trail, Red Dead Redemption transforms the player into a gen-u-wine poncho wearing ba..."
"A thrifty gamer is a happy gamer so we've scoured the Sunday ads to find the best video game deals for this week from local stores for the Playstation 3, PSP, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, and PC for the week of May 23, 2010."
"With tons of content both online and off, stellar production values, and solid gameplay, Red Dead Redemption is an absolute blast to play, and a time-consuming one at that. Be prepared to dump a lot of time into this one, which stands as one of the best games of the year, and certainly the best Western-themed game you can find."
"Our games are not designed for young people. If you're a parent and buy one of our games for your child you're a terrible parent. We design games for adults because we're adults. There's a lot of kids games out there that we're not interested in playing. Just like you enjoy watching movies and TV shows with adult themes and language and violence that's the kind of thing we seek to produce.
I think that Rockstar has pushed a lot of boundaries to be able to make the art that that we believe ..."
"Wedbush Analyst Michael Pachter has made a name for himself pontificating on the games industry but just like sports and political commentators sometimes the predictions and pontifications end up wrong. Pachter was initially skeptical of Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption because of the Old West setting. The game has proven to be wildly successful at release and the analyst is man enough to admit he was wrong."
This week we a big hit sequel, prequel, new franchise and a game way over do. All big across all platforms to keep everyone entertained. Check out what's on your list this week.
"Creating multi-platform games for the PS3 and Xbox 360 has proven to be a challenge for many developers as both feature significantly different hardware architecture. Some games end up looking better on the PS3 than the Xbox 360 and vice versa. News of what graphical resolution games run at typically sets the hardcore gamers world afire as was recently seen with Final Fantasy XIII. Add Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption to list of these graphical controversies as it is being reported that..."
"Video games exploring the Wild West have always been good, not great and nowhere close to phenomenal. This trend has been swiftly shattered as I can easily say that Red Dead Redemption is not only the best Western to grace a console, but one of the best games release this year so far. RDR revolves around the bloody story of John Marston a retired outlaw who picks up his gun one last time to hunt down the outlaws he used to consider his brothers. There are plenty of side stories interwoven int..."
"Red Dead Redemption's scale is beyond epic, and just as Liberty City emerged as the true star of Grand Theft Auto IV it's the expanse of the Wild West that shines brightest here. There's a richness to the vistas that's frequently breathtaking and a diversity to them that's equally impressive. From the oppressive marshland that surrounds the lawless outpost Thieves' Landing to the homely beauty of McFarlane's Ranch, the story of how the West was won is told just as much through the locales as ..."
"Rockstar's western opus, Red Dead Redemption is promising to be one of the hottest games of the Spring for the PS3 and Xbox 360. If you can't wait for the stores to open tomorrow, there are a few places that open tonight at midnight so that gamers can jump into the Wild West as quick as possible. Of course, being first doesn't necessarily mean you get the best deal either so we are going to list your options for getting the game the cheapest as well."
"The American West has made actors famous and writers rich. It has inspired children on the playground and grizzled country singers alike. Its stories of heroes and bandits, gold rushes and simple homesteaders have been fictionalized and romanticized to the point that they're known the world over. And yet, videogame makers have either ignored the setting or attempted to squeeze it into existing game conventions with limited success. That has all changed now that Rockstar, the group made famous..."
"Red Dead Redemption wannabe owners should keep an eye out on their local Toys R Us this Tuesday as they will have a $25 Gift Card available with purchase of the game. However, the deal is time limited and you have to be a Rewards R Us member. K-Mart and Amazon also are offering Gift Cards for this game."
"Difficult week of games this week but not because there is a lack of new titles to choose from. There is actually a number of tough choices this week for just about every game platform."
"Mario herding atop Yoshi's back, MegaMan trading in his laser cannon for a gatling gun, how Sam Fisher would look if he were a member of the United States Military during the final days of the wild west, and more."
Ever wanted to be an Assassin? In the Wild West? Well if you are in the UK you are in luck. Game are offering a nice little Assassin outfit if you pre-order the game.

The upcoming game from the creator's of the Grand Theft Auto series appears to have offered Logano some good luck so far as he's won the pole position for the O'Reilly 300 at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday."

So, John from All Age Gaming sat down and compiled a list of the Top 10 games in the first half of 2010 (1st January to 30 June 2010). If the second half of 2010 is going to be better, then we are in for one hell of a treat!
Well the embargo has just lifted on the Multiplayer aspects of Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption finally, and here's the news about it. OXCGN had a 3 hour hands on with the game a few days ago and can honestly say it's not like most other multiplayers, in a good way. No lobby to speak of, continuous playing even when not in a match of sorts, and lots more.
Come check it out now for more details, and their latest Red Dead Redemption video.

Set for release this May, Red Dead: Redemption is the successor to 2004’s widely respected PlayStation 2 and Xbox title, Red Dead: Revolver."
"We just spent some time getting our filthy hands even filthier inside of Red Dead Redemption, where we actually skinned a horse and instantly felt like we'd killed Trigger. But no-good horse killin' aside, the big news here is that multiplayer is coming to Red Dead Redemption. We don't know how just yet, but a Rockstar representative told us that it would incorporate multiplayer in a "surprising" way. Surprising as in it doesn't totally suck like in GTA IV? Aw, snap. Yeah, we went there. Now ..."
"Rockstar Games has revealed the latest trailer in their series promoting the forthcoming Red Dead Redemption. Set for release this coming May, Red Dead Redemption takes players back to the Old West, and this latest video, Gentlemen & Vagabonds, is an introduction to just a few of the men of repute and dubious valour you’ll meet across the frontier."
This game has been a long time coming, and finally it has a confirmed date, and we'll be able to get our hot little hands on it. It has been in the works as they say from before GTA IV was begun, why, because Rockstar wanted to make sure the R.A.G.E engine could do the game justice, and the technology would be ready for a game of this scale.
It is HUGE . . . come see the new vid and screens released today, and the new info on release date and game details.

The women of the west were not so innocent. Many of them were dangerous, and they are even more dangerous in Red Dead Redemption. They are sinners, saints and survivors and you will face many different types of women in the game.
"The results speak for themselves; Red Dead Redemption is rarely less than sumptuous, surpassing the impressive achievements of GTA IV and Midnight Club: Los Angeles and proving that the RAGE engine is equally happy dealing with both town and country. Without the high rises of Liberty City or the tangle of downtown LA to act as a buffer much is asked of RAGE in Red Dead Redemption, but it proves up to the task, delivering deliciously lit vistas in abundance thanks to a generous draw distance. ..."
"You're going to watch the above trailer (dubbed "The Law") for Rockstar's upcoming Red Dead Redemption regardless of what we say about it here, so we thought we'd try a little experiment: Don't watch it! That's right, don't watch it ... instead, close your eyes and just listen to it. The voice acting oscillates between excellent and simply serviceable and the dialogue sounds historically appropriate; but the music ... the music is where this trailer sets itself apart. It's like Ennio Morricon..."
"Continuing a long tradition of plastering New York City streets with giant game posters, this Red Dead poster can be seen on the corner of Canal & Greene (which, being only a few blocks away from Rockstar's offices, was also the location of giant Chinatown Wars and GTAIV advertisements)."
"In addition to the kinds of firearms and traditional weapons featured in last week's "Weapons & Death" gameplay video, the lasso requires skill to wield and can be used to accomplish a great many tasks, including subduing man and beast. "I’ve wondered about Rockstar San Diego’s Red Dead: Redemption since seeing it some time ago.
Being a huge western fan, and having played other western genre games in the past, I’ve had mixed feelings about the game as to how it will be accepted by the console gamers of today.
Most of whom are used to blazing machine guns, grenades, RPG’s, high powered sniper rifles and the like. Not to mention constant on-going action from go-to-whoa. Plus wanting to see how the mechanics would work on ..."
"We’re barely two weeks into 2010 and there’s already enough must-have games to choke one of Avatar’s six-legged horses. January alone is home to seven big-name releases, with February, March and April continuing the trend. Hell, we even know what’s coming in the summer and in some cases (like Halo Reach) we’re even certain of the fall’s heaviest hitters.
Collected here is every game that matters (so far) in 2010. Obviously some games will slip and others will be announced in June at E3, bu..."
"As games get more cinematic, the trailers are only going to get more elaborate. This year brought us great efforts from the likes of Bungie, Rockstar and Valve, with trailers featuring everything from live action sequences to the voice talents of Patrick Stewart. Here are some of our favorites."

"Red Dead Redemption delivers an interpretation of the American West at the turn of the 20th century: a violent and disorderly time of swift growth and change. Players take on the role of the partially reformed outlaw John Marston; blackmailed by the government, his family is threatened as he is forced to traverse the vast and unforgiving expanses of the Western frontier in search of members of his former gang."

"In a press release this morning, Rockstar games gave a heads-up that a new Red Dead Redemption trailer titled, "My Name is John Marston" is coming next week. While that's nothing to get particularly excited about, the developer also casually confirmed an April release window for the open-world Western. Previously, Red Dead Redemption was vaguely scheduled as an "early 2010" release. Check back next week on December 1st for the debut of the "My Name is John Marston" trailer."

Rockstar Australia were kind enough to invite two members of OXCGN over to their Sydney office recently for a presentation of their huge new sandbox western adventure, Red Dead: Redemption.
Red Dead: Redemption is NOT just your average 3rd Person Perspective shooter. It's one of THE Biggest Sandbox (GTA:IV esquire) style games they have ever embarked on, almost 3 times as big as GTA:IV. So do not mistake it for "just anoth..."
Thats right RockStar has finally released the debut trailer for Red Dead Redemption.
"The game is set in the beginning of the 20th century; it focuses around a former outlaw, John Marston, who is sent across the troubled American Frontiers to help in bringing the rule of law. The game will utilize open-world gameplay similar to the ones of Grand Theft Auto series with sandbox environment and ability of free roaming. The variety of environment will include frontier towns, prairies and moun...
