Sega Nerds was able to get several hours of hands-on time with the final retail copy of both games. Resonance of Fate continues to buck the JRPG trend with some innovative combat mechanics, and stylistic choices, while Yakuza 3, despite having certain scenes eliminated and being translated to English, still retains its original Japanese flavor.

A Resonance of Fate batle system demo was released yesterday and is already recieving positive reviews. It looks like Tri-Ace's attempt at reinventing the turn-based batle system might be a successful one.

IGN recently got some hands-on time with the upcoming RPG Resonance of Fate (known as End of Eternity in Japan) and they were impressed with it's "deep" battle system, "John Woo styled" characters, and "cinematic" gameplay.
