A few years back, Nibris announced a promising Wii survival horror titled Sadness. It had an interesting premise, some eerie concept art and was touted as having the best graphics for Wii. But we never saw any in-game screenshots or footage, leading many gamers to believe the game never even existed and was all some big joke.

Nibris, the European developer behind the Wii Vaporware Sadness, has updated their website, and added a few interesting tidbits, such as a tentative release date for Sadness, Fall 2009, as well as that they will be making an appearance at this year's Lepizig Video Game Convention. "Nibris’ Nintendo Wii survival horror title, Sadness, has for the most part, been kept under wraps. However, today the firm has spoken out a little about the game, specifically its Gamebryo graphics engine. Nibris states that Sadness will include a number of special effects that some believe “are impossible to attain on the Wii.”"

Finally Nibris has begun to leak some details on their Wii title, Sadness, and they're all too juicy. Some details revealed were that there will be eighteen different species of monsters that will help on the journey depending on the path you choose. In addition, the two playable characters will be the woman seen and her boy. Also, the game will be a minimum of 20 hours (which seems pretty short) and orchestrated music will be used (hallelujah).
