"Forget Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, Zelda, and Katamari; Sonic R is the pinnacle of video game music. Richard Jacques(Eyetoy and You’re in the Movies soundtracks) composed the soundtrack and TJ Davis(singer in Metropolis Street Racer, member of Björn Again) did the singing–truly a match made in heaven. Why should you care about this randomness out of nowhere? Well, because Universal Pictures was about to pick it up. That's how good it is.

The movie is a throwback to the old "SatAM" Sonic cartoon featuring a different and better cast of characters alongside Sonic. A proper trailer is to be shown in Summer.
