Time Magazine's Techland section takes a look back at 20 years of Sonic the Hedgehog over a five-page article, listing games, allies, enemies, comics, and TV Shows, amongst other things.
According to the ESRB, Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure DX will be ported to the Playstation 3 in addition to the Windows PC and the Xbox 360 platforms.
"It's generally hard to believe rumours from anonymous sources and we are still keeping this as a rumour, but the screenshot (kindly provided by SEGAOnline) does look pretty legitimate and clearly shows the download screen on Xbox Live Marketplace."
A recent OFLC rating is hinting at a possible re-release for Sega's classic Dreamcast Sonic series "Sonic Adventure DX". The rating was surprisingly filed by Sega of Australia.
Sonic's decline into a miserable territory since after Sonic Adventure 2 is, simply put, pathetic. Those who were fans were ready to convert into the 3D gameplay since then but along came Sonic Heroes.

A blogger Don Reisinger has typed up an article on the Sega mascot, Sonic the Hedgehog. Their claim is simple, Sonic is dying out and is no longer able to meet expectations, or match the older games.
Their evidence includes poll statistics, competition from other companies and mascots, the hype is now gone for new releases as the original players are getting older and that it lacks the appeal of current day games: sex and killing.
