PC gamers can get their hands on Empire: Total War and/or 2K Sports' latest game in the baseball field (as can just about everyone else for the latter), PS3 owners see Tom Clancy's HAWX, Xbox 360 welcomes Halo Wars, and Phantasy Star Portable arrives on Sony's handheld.

"Sonic and the Black Knight offers a major twist on Sega's mascot series, placing Sonic and friends in the world of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Sonic, having been summoned to this new world in order to thwart the plans of King Arthur, adventures as an apprentice knight. The game combines the high speed action for which the series is known with new "sword actions," which make use of Sonic's new sword both for attacking foes and for navigating the world."

All four of these titles will be playable on the floor, and all a part of their upcoming lineup of games in 2009. They are:

• The House of the Dead: Overkill
• The Conduit
• Sonic and the Black Knight

Some of you may remember a month ago, when an article in the magazine Nintendo Power sprang up, with many people speculating that the same would be Kingdom Hearts 3 for the Wii.
