Sega has released 70 new screens, although they still have not given any information about the game or what it is going to be like. The screens show what the combat is going to be like. It is said to be somewhat similiar to Final Fantasy though the game still contains the original ring collecting. The rings will be collected after battle by using the stylus.

Chronicles is set two years after Sonic's last defeat of Dr. Eggman (Dr. Robotnik as some prefer), and does not return as a villain in this one. The story begins such that Sonic gets a call from Tails who says that Knuckles has been kidnapped by the Marauders, and that six chaos emeralds are missing (quite a job keeping those safe). ...
