This week on Zero Punctuation, Yahtzee reviews the recent fighting game - Soul Calibur IV. Criticisms include the story mode, and how character creation boils down to reskinning an already existing character.

For whatever reason, games and politics seem to go together like milk and cookies. Wine and cheese? Cake and milkshakes? Whatever. What I'm getting at is Darren Gladstone of PC World has taken the character creation system in Soul Calibur IV to yet another level, bringing presidential candidates into the mix. Obama definitely pulls off Maxi's style, I'll say that.

Five new videos featuring SC IV's gameplay have surfaced, showcasing matches between Mitsurugi/Tira, Cervantes/Xianghua, Seung Mina/Hilde, Voldo/Ivy, and Amy/Seigfried. I've posted two below, the rest can be seen through the source.
On a related note, the PS3 version of the game is now on par with its Xbox 360 cousin speed-wise, according to director Katsutoshi Sasaki.
