Turns out Star Ocean: Second Evolution is coming out in PAL territories a couple weeks before its North American counterpart -- February 13.

In a press release today, Square Enix announced two new games that were added to their North American 1st Quarter 2009 lineup. Joining the already-announced Star Ocean: Second Evolution (January 6th) for the PSP and Star Ocean: The Last Hope (March 3rd) for the Xbox 360 are a duo of Nintendo DS games: Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride and Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume.

With E3 just around the Corner, beginning on the 15th of July, company line-ups are being announced left, right and center. Today was Square Enix' turn, with their full line-up detailed below.

Oh! ... And Fabula Nova Crystallis isn't attending.

In fact, the only Final Fantasy game that is attending is Final Fantasy IV, which was released in Japan nearly a year ago and is scheduled for a NA and PAL release later this year.
