However, that doesn't mean that there aren't any other good or notable games available; for DS owners, the Atlus USA-published Summon Night: Twin Age makes its way to US shores. Those looking for a racer can check out the Codemasters develop...

"Way before its June 3 release and not long after we took a glimpse of the game, here are new snapshots of the upcoming dungeon crawl for the Nintendo DS.

This time, we're treated with several Summon Night: Twin Age screens that demonstrate how many monsters can appear on the screen and the various ways you can dispatch them. There's the usual sword swinging, but you might want to ask your bow-equipped ally for help. Sounds really handy when a troop of green soldiers are coming your way, do..."

"April 28, 2008 - Atlus today announced new release dates for two upcoming titles, Summon Night: Twin Age and Spectral Force 3. Summon Night: Twin Age, the fully stylus-driven action RPG for Nintendo DS, is now scheduled for release on June 3rd. Spectral Force 3, a fantasy strategy RPG for the Xbox 360 system, is now slated for release on July 29th."

Publisher Aksys, known lately for the release of Hoshigami Remix, will be putting out a new RPG for Nintendo's handheld, titled "From The Abyss". The game will come from a pretty new developer, Sonic Powered, a Japanese company who've worked on just two titles: Air Traffic Chaos and MiniCopter: Adventure Flight. So far, it looks decent at worst, and much in the vein of the upcoming Summon Night: Twin Age.

"It still looks it'll be a really lighthearted, fun RPG. From the screenshots, you can tell crafting is going to come into play, and it seems as if the touch screen will be used for most combat. I'm a big fan of that when well-implemented on the DS, so my hopes are high here."
