Daav from NoobFeed.com gives his vegetarian colleague Mario an ego boost, by shedding the positive side to the non-animal slaughtering lifestyle. Not everyone who eats mushrooms is a tripping junkie and it's high time(s) to see the advantages of plant life adoration.

"Nintendo developer Hideki Konno has revealed that Nintendo has a version of Super Mario Galaxy that runs in stereoscopic 3D which, without hesitation, we'd trade our mums in exchange for a change to play.
Konno says that, in order to convince the suits at Nintendo that 3D was the way to go it knocked together 3D versions of a number of Wii games that prove what a difference it makes to the game.
We had previously heard about this having been done with Mario Kart Wii, along with Luigi's ..."
"Forget its glasses-free 3D, the Nintendo 3DS is unlike any Nintendo video game before it because it will debut without Mario or Luigi. The previous nine major gaming machines from Nintendo — all of the big ones, from NES to Wii — had these guys.
The Mario-shaped hole emerged today when Nintendo released its 3DS gaming launch line-up for the U.S. Scheduled for launch day on March 27, there was Pilotwings: Resort, a flying game that doesn’t star Mario. There was Steel Diver, a game about sub..."

The conference portion of Nintendo of America's media summit has ended today, and here's a full recap of the announcements:
At Nintendo of Australia's media summit today, IGN AU has confirmed with Nintendo that the publisher's two hotly anticipated titles, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M will actually see early releases this year. The sequel to Mario's galactic adventures will see a release in the land down under in June, and Team Ninja's take on the Metroid series will see an August release.
Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe will have their media summits tomorrow, so we can see if these dat...
"Some say that the anticipation is better than the actual act. Some people are liars. Still, there is certainly nothing wrong with lists as for one they give everyone a chance to have a good moan about why things are/are not on them and they also make for easy articles. And if there is one thing I am, it's lazy. The list below is in a general order of preference (so we want Metroid: Other M more than No More Heroes 2, for instance) - so feel free to get annoyed with us about that or any other ..."
One of my main gripes with Super Mario Galaxy was how easy it was to complete most levels. Well it looks like that will change in the sequel. Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto has revealed that Mario Galaxy 2 will be "really challenging" and may even use the "Super Guide" feature...
2010 is looking like it could be the Wii's best year, in terms of first-party game support. The year promises Sin and Punishment 2, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and Metroid: Other M, so long as everything goes according to plan. Hell, we may even catch a glimpse or two of the upcoming Zelda Wii, though Reggie makes no promises. Needless to say, even the Regginator is excited about Nintendo 10' -- and with good reason.
Limit Break have posted up a family line chronicling Mario's nearly 30 years of appearances, starting as Jumpman in Donkey Kong Arcade back in 1981. The "tree" depicts how the Mario franchise has branched out over the years and where some of the concepts for the popular spin-offs stem from. For example, the Mario Kart series can be traced back to the Famicom Grand Prix F-1 Race game which was released in 1987, ages before Super Mario Kart was introduced. I seriously had no idea about some of ...
If you thought Super Mario Galaxy was a bit on the easy side, this news might please you. According to Miyamoto, Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be geared towards "veteran and more experienced gamers" moreso than the first game was.
Discuss in the Super Mario Galaxy 2 forum
"Super Mario Galaxy 2 won’t have as deep a storyline as its predecessor, says Mario’s creator Shigeru Miyamoto.
Super Mario Galaxy, the 2007 game that marked the iconic mascot character’s first adventure on Wii, was notable for the fact that its narrative was much deeper than the series’ usual paper-thin, save-the-princess plot. But Miyamoto, in an interview with Wired.com at E3 2009, says he’s not a fan of putting story into Mario titles, and therefore he’s keeping the plot of Galaxy 2 to ..."
"Nintendo at E3 2009 has shown off it’s new line up of Wii and DS titles, even though the reaction was mixed from fans, and the gaming community in total, Nintendo did manage to surprise with some new and interesting games that will most likely be big hits with both the core and casual gamers."
