As the Tales of Monkey series on the Wii comes to a close (it was already finished on the PC version in early December) Wii gamers can finally experience the finale! Like the other installments in the episodic adventure series, Rise of the Pirate God costs 1,000 Wii points, ($10 USD). The third chapter in Telltale Games' latest episodic point-and-click adventure series, Tales of Monkey Island, is now available for PC download from the developer's website.
Chapter 3: Lair of the Leviathan has Guybrush and company in the belly of a giant sea beast following the events of Chapter 2: The Siege of Spinner Cay. They need to find their way out, and get back to doing all of the other things that they were set out to do.

LucasArts and Telltale Games have announced that Guybrush Threepwood will return to Monkey Island once more, in two projects announced by the studios. The classic adventure series is revived!
LucasArts will be working on The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, which is to hit PC and the Xbox Live Arcade. It is a remake of the original game, sporting new HD graphics, remastered musical score, and full voice acting. The game's official site can be found here.
