New screenshots are available for Namco Bandai's upcoming fighting title Tales of Dissidia Versus, showcasing a bit of the game's story and some of the game's different play modes.

The story will revolve around the Yggdrasil World Tree and take characters face-to-face with those from another game. For instance, in Lloyd and Colette's chapter, they will face off again Tales of Phantasia's Cless Alvein.

Namco Bandai has provided some more news on the trio of Tales games that are being released.

Tales of Vesperia for the PS3 now has a Japanese release date of September 17. PS3 will be having some additions not featured in the 360 version. However, it will set Japanese gamers back 7,800 yen ($80).
