The first Tekken movie trailer has been released, and while it certainly doesn't look like it'll win awards any time soon, it's nice to see that the film hasn't strayed too far from the source material.
And hooray for Jin's pants!
Earlier an American poster was revealed for the upcoming Tekken movie. Warner Bros. Japan are starting to drum up the hype by releasing a Japanese poster. At any rate, it certainly blows its King of Fighters counterpart out of the water.
Comingsoon.net spotted a poster for the Tekken movie at the American Film Market (AFM) and it doesn't look half bad. At least the characters resemble their in-game counterparts, unlike a certain King of Fighters movie.
Here's hoping the Tekken film will at the very least be better than the Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li and Dead or Alive adaptations...

The article looks at a whole bunch of games and then sees what spell check has to say a bout their names. A pretty good read as some of their are interesting. Some like Pikmin which produced minibike, dominik, dominick, pickman and skimming. Tekken produced trekkers, trekker, trekked, trecker's and Heineken. Abadox managed to produce Barbados, Paradox, Paradoxes, Paradox's and Paradoxic.
The bigger they are, the harder they fall. The same saying goes for the PSP. It's already made big waves this year with God of War: Chains of Olympus and Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, but don't think for a second that it's done pulling the punches yet!
PSP Blogger takes a look at some of the titles still planned for the PSP in 2008. Among these are a few new games, but there's also a few older ones coming out via the Playstation Store.
