Some say the PSP is failure compared to the DS. Would a failure have sold over 71 million consoles worldwide? Would a failure have some of the best handheld RPGS a gamer could get? The PSP is still one of the better portable media and region free gaming devices on the market and best of all, its so affordable.

"This predicament is similar to that of strippers or counter-strike. If only Kim Ha Yul or Han Ga Eun dressed up as Alisa or Lili, then maybe they would get more attention

I’m sure a quote from the article would describe the situation, “it was impossible to put an attention of those hopeless men off. The game was drawing to a close and the ladies were sweating as much as they could, but the eyes of the tough players were nailed to the screens tight.”"

"After seeing someone sneekily dump an emulated version of Street Fighter II Turbo onto the servers of the draconian office we were in, I couldn’t help but write and discuss our Top 10 Fighting Characters we believe are the very best to be created to date."

A recent Tekken 6 tournament was held in Korea and it was a big event, presented by popular model Han Ga Eun and broadcast across the country. It was treated like a professional sport.

It'd certainly be interesting if game tournaments were THIS popular over here in the West.

"Ah, marriage. Once a gamer friend, Mr. or Mrs. Couple has now been tied in the bounds of matrimony and you are wondering if you should still get them the same types of games as in years past. On Thursday Namco Bandai will release a new patch for Tekken 6 that is set to offer some improvements. Most notably these improvements are for the online component of the game. Apart from improved input response, the patch is supposed to further fix the online lag issues and help out players in ranked matches by finding matches according to priorities and canceling out of matches if the opponent's connection is poor.

"To begin with, Tekken 6 has a campaign mode just for you soloists, and it is downright awful. Depending on your specified gender, you’ll take control of either Lars (a soldier in the Tekken Force) or Alisa (an android created by Yoshimitsu’s friend Dr Boskonovitch) and begin your quest to recover Lars’ memories. That’s right, after a pitched battle at the beginning of the story, Lars has *gasp* … AMNESIA!"

"Technically, Namco Bandai already released downloadable content for Tekken 6. The limited edition came with a cardboard samurai costume for Yoshimitsu. Beyond that, Namco Bandai will probably release more downloadable content and unlike all of those Tales of Vesperia school outfits future Tekken 6 content will be free.

When asked about additional downloadable content, Katsuhiro Harada, Producer, told PlayStation Europe, “There is a strong possibility we will. However, even if we were to do..."

"With Black Friday fast approaching, this week's new releases have slowed down considerably. But with the vast majority of the Fall's biggest titles already in stores, there's still a few gems among this week's crop.

For example, Namco Bandai's Tekken fighting franchise finally comes to the PSP with Tekken 6. And Jenny McCarthy gets into the Wii exercise craze with her game Your Shape.

"Both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions compared with the game running installed on the hard drive as well as running off the actual disk. When the game is installed on the hardware, there isn't that big of a difference between the PS3 and the Xbox 360 — the Xbox 360 is slightly fast by a few seconds, but no biggie.

However, according to Gemaga, it takes over thirty seconds (33 seconds, to be exact) to change a character and change a stage running the actual game disc on the PS3, compared with ..."

"One of the only fighting games I've ever bothered to try and deeply understand outside of Street Fighter is Tekken. There's something about the mechanics, and ability to button tap control each limb, that I love.

While Tekken 6 hit Japanese arcades in 2007 and 2008, those of us without a booming arcade scene have had to patiently wait. For those of you who only own an Xbox 360, the wait has been even longer. Was it worth it? Let's see."

"It's always pretty interesting to see how games are marketed. Sometimes things are kept pretty straightforward with standard commercials featuring game footage or a brief comedic sketch of some sort. Other times a game may be marketed heavily through an ARG game such as the ones used for Halo and Resistance. Namco Bandai seems to want to keep things simple and cater to their audience when it comes to Tekken 6 as the latest installment of their "What Will You Fight For?" video campaign featur..."

I find it rather funny that Namco Bandai felt we needed a quick reference to know what characters like Nina Williams, Hwoarang, and Christie Monteiro are doing getting involved in the l6th King of Iron Fist tournament, seeing as their motivations hardly change that much from game to game. Christie is looking..."

Katsuhiro Harada: It's going smoothly so far.
