Being one of the best looking games on the Wii to date and probably one of the last games to be made on the Wii in the upcoming year or so we expected everyone to have the Wii controls down. They proved it with this game, an awesome battle system that is very nicely designed for the Wii brings this title up to match with Mistwalker's former titles.
The Last Story a new action/RPG game is going to be released soon in Europe. So game director Hironobu Sakaguchi comes in to help the Paris team in creating his version of a "perfect trailer". Although no American release date has been confirmed, Nintendo announced today that the Mistwalker JRPG - The Last Story - will finally be headed to Europe next February. "When speaking to a fan at a recent concert in Paris (by FFXIII composer, Masashi Hamauzu), Sakaguchi seemingly confirmed that his latest title, The Last Story, would indeed be heading to Europe. Although this has yet to be confirmed by Nintendo of Europe itself, it seems highly likely we will hear an announcement of some kind soon."

Most of us have heard that The Last Story for Wii sold 115,000 in its first week launch in Japan. Media Create has gone ahead and given us a better breakdown of these numbers, including how many were the special Wii console bundle.

During its third quarter financial results briefing yesterday, Nintendo announced a brand new title from Hironobu Sakaguchi's Mistwalker studios: The Last Story, showing us why there was a Wii development kit at the office. A teaser site for the title is now available. The game's theme will involve the "universal feelings all of humanity shares".
A developer's blog for the game will open in March. The game is set for a 2010 release in Japan.
