Funcom is kicking off a week full of information for The Secret World called 'Week of the Illuminati' in which they focus the three secret societies that players can join.
Few new images for the next Funcom mmorpg The Secret World. We can see the spell effects in combat and focus on few characters. The Secret World is a massively multiplayer online world with a unique modern-day setting and unparalleled freedom of character progression.

The next big title from Funcom has just gotten a release date. The Secret World won't be quite as big of a secret when it releases in April of next year.

On a sidenote, creator of the game, Ragnar Tørnquist (The Longest Journey) has done an interview with Gametrailers about this upcoming PC/Xbox 360 MMO. By the sounds of it, the title is something worthy of hype!
