It's happened once again. The Secret World, Funcom's conspiracy-based, supernatural MMO has been pushed back. This time, until early July. On the bright side, Funcom has also detailed a couple more Beta Weekends.
"The closed beta for The Secret World has just reached its one millionth player sign up, a huge figure for a game that is competing with the likes of Guild Wars 2 and Tera Online. The first closed beta period will begin later today, May 11th and will run through until Sunday, May 13th. Funcom is kicking off a week full of information for The Secret World called 'Week of the Illuminati' in which they focus the three secret societies that players can join.
