The creators of the Dynasty Warriors franchise have been getting away with making the same game for the past 11 years. Here at GameRabies, Senshaitian gives his opinions on how he feels about this 11 year trend.

"This weekend, Tecmo Koei Europe has re-launched their London MCM Expo microsite, http://www.tecmokoeiexpo.com/, adding a host of information and new features. With the London MCM Expo taking place this weekend, 24th-25th October 2009, most publishers attending the show will be ramping-up their campaigns this week, but once again it’s been left to Tecmo Koei Europe to lead the way."

"The game features numerous technical updates for the PSP, including an improved draw-distance and, perhaps most impressively, the ability to install the game to a Memory Stick Pro Duo and improve loading times – a feature that many PSP titles would most definitely benefit from."

Koei has announced the upcoming Warriors Orochi 2 for PSP has gone gold. With release day less than a month away, the Japanese publisher has just launched two new websites for the game.

The Warriors Orochi 2 "Dedicated" minisite features music tracks and numerous hi-res movie clips, which fans can use to create their own AMVs or fan vids. The other site is the official product minisite, Warriors Orochi 2 PSP

"Though it may be obvious as to why it was overshadowed by Team Ninja’s PLAYSTATION 3 tour de force, it remained an agreeable play experience in its own right. Utilising the home console versions’ Dream Mode as its main gameplay element, Warriors Orochi 2 provides eighty characters, each with their own side of the story. In the preview version, only three of these characters were available at prescribed levels."

KOEI isn't exactly one of those most-talked-about names at E3, especially this year. Best known for their long line of Dynasty Warriors games and spin-offs, KOEI hints that maybe they're trying something new... soon.

There's a bit of the old with Warriors Orochi 2 PSP, a few ports from Japan including the PlayStation 3 exclusive action RPG TRINITY: Souls of Zill O'll and Monster Racers, a DS / DSi exclusive.

Yesterday, it was confirmed that the KOEI Warriors: London Gathering #2 will be held on October 25th at the MCM Expo. The event will host cosplayers, such as Zhou Tai from Dynasty Warriors 6 and others. Attenders will also be able to play the latest Koei games that are releasing in the UK.
