Capcom has revealed how to unlock two costumes today in We Love Golf!: Ryu's and Jill's! To unlock Ryu's costume, you need to clear every approach shot on Target Golf and beat Tony in a character match if you haven't done so already. To unlock Jill's costume, you have to clear every putting level on Target Golf.
