Getting Banned these days is becoming a bragging right, but I don't think you'd be doing much bragging over the loss of your XBOX Live Account, just complaining... then again the reason for being banned is very much justified.

It's a mistake that people would dread to make, especially if your supposed to be a retailer for games. Unfortunately for Sears, they made the mistake.
