Nintendo hasn't forgotten about the "3DS Ambassadors", who were promised 20 free Virtual Console games through the 3DS eShop by the end of 2011. The first batch - 10 NES titles - rolled out in September, but the Big N insists that the 10 Game Boy Advance games are still coming sometime this month.
