"GamingUnion: "It's a well known argument that JRPG fans haven't really had much in the way of home console hits this generation. Only recently have publishers begun to announce highly anticipated titles such as The Last Story and Xenoblade Chronicles – albeit only in Europe. Now I've heard this complaint many times and what I find is that many a JRPG fan simply don't bother to look elsewhere, especially when that elsewhere is a portable device. Sony's PSP and Nintendo's DS systems are breedin..."

"We’ve all heard the legends of an NES cartridge that was only made for a Nintendo promotional event, or the old Atari 2600 game that was never mass produced, and now they’re worth thousands of dollars. If you got your hands on one of those limited run games decades ago you’d be able to sell it for a fortune today. Unfortunately, most games steadily drop in resale value from the minute they hit the market. Still, there are a few that actually increase in resale price after release, and many..."
"GamingUnion: "Although they haven't produced bucket loads of original IPs in their lifetime, Naughty Dog has still become a staple brand within the game industry. The IPs they've created have offered gamers the very best in terms of creativity and graphics and you'll be pushed to find someone who will disagree. With Crash Bandicoot, Jax and Daxter, and, of course, the Uncharted series under their belt, many would say Naughty Dog has got it made. In honor of the recent announcement of the Last..."
Doom was re-added to the Xbox Live Arcade Marketplace today after some licensing issues after changing publishers led to its removal several months ago.
Gaming has hit a bit of a slump in terms of design and innovation. Endless sequels plague the release calendar, and will kill the industry. This isn't the first time that something like this has happened, but I welcome the fallout and eventual recovery that will come.
The game industry can be a lot of fighting back and forth. So time to time when there is something to LOL about its worth sharing. Today we bring you one of the funnest gamer spoofs and the best power ranger spoof videos. This video is in titled Ntellector vs Envicious. We love seeing videos like this and hope you enjoy.

Nintendo gave away twenty free downloads divided evenly between NES and GBA games to early adopters of the 3DS. These Ambassadors can get at least one more free game of their choice - for either the 3DS or Wii - if they are members of Club Nintendo.
"GamingUnion: "Although it's an established destination for Japanese role-playing games, the Game Boy Advance's opening months were particularly empty when it came to the stat-heavy, time-intensive genre. Save for the occasional port (such as the excellent Breath of Fire) it was up to Nintendo themselves to show how things should be done. Enter Golden Sun, an entirely new property developed by Camelot, creator of the fan-favorite Shining Force series on the Mega Drive, as well as more cutesy o..."
"Nintendo’s focus with the Wii U is a return to the Core Gamer. The same can be said of the 3DS now that the company has arguably over-saturated the casual console market. That being said, one of Nintendo’s most hardcore games of all time has to be the Original Metroid games on the NES, Gameboy and SNES. Their sprawling world maps meant the game could take months to get through with secrets hidden throughout and special rewards given for those willing to beat it through to 100% item collection."
Nintendo recently treated its 3DS "Ambassadors" with 10 free Game Boy Advance games, hoping they could finally soothe the burning frustration that customers felt after the price of the new handheld was slashed earlier this year. GameRabies.com reviews all ten of the GBA games in this two-part review; here is part one, featuring Minish Cap, F-Zero, Kirby, Mario Kart, and Metroid Fusion. Do these 3DS versions stand up against the original GBA games?
"Here’s the full list of games:

Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
Metroid Fusion
F-Zero: Maximum Velocity

NoobFeed.com has one more charity indie bundle to share. Can you believe there are actually even more out there? But it's doubtful that all of them can make an entrance like Little Big Bunch, with Explodemon, Frozen Synapse, New Star Soccer 5, Munch's Odyssey and Serious Sam Double D. The latter got a 93/100 on NoobFeed.com!
Can you believe it? Grand Theft Auto III in your pocket. You can experience an icon in the videogames world. To commemorate the game’s 10th anniversary, Rockstar games announced that Grand Theft Auto III will be coming to select new generation iOS and Android devices

We recently featured an article about five unannounced 3DS games that we would like to see Nintendo reveal in 2012. Following up on that idea, here are six games that would fit well on the 3DS in 2012, each coming from a third-party developer that has already pledged support for the handheld. Let the speculation begin on GameRabies!
"Steampowered.com is permitting customers to play the co-op online zombie survival game Killing Floor for free this weekend. Although this may appear to be overt Communist activity on American soil, it is actually a marketing tactic to entice customers into buying the game, which is on sale at 75% off for five dollars through this weekend."
Have you ever watched the opening cinematic to a video game, only to find yourself trying to figure out what the heck that game is about? We've all been there, Opening videos that tell you nothing about the game you're playing. I dedicate this Top 5 list to those crazy suckers.
Saints Row The Third may be the perfect sandbox game from this generation of consoles. There is just so much to do that the average gamer could spend 40+ hrs in the game. Volition and THQ have done a great job. The game is fun, addicting, full of customization, and it doesn't take itself seriously. Hopefully Rockstar takes notes from Saints Row: The Third.
