Many have lambasted the DSi for supporting only AAC and very basic music playing features. But I've written a post to set things straight and you just might be convinced enough to save money with a DSi instead of an iPod Touch. And maybe even throw out your current MP3 collection for one encoded in AAC.

I'll stick to my R4 with the user-made MP3 player on it. And no, you don't get a steal for using iTunes, they are JUST NOW getting rid of non-DRM'd

Open source for the win. All the time.

I think anybody who has to spend their money to be able to pass on to the end-user without charging them a penny is a steal. Apple is making money hand-over-fist now but this was a godsend back in iTunes 1.0.

I'm quite happy with my DS Lite and I have an iPod so there's no point in wasting money on a DSi.

This was clearly not intended for people like you, and I don't mean it in a bad way.

Again, this isn't intended for you. You're more than suited for your situation.

You can update Ipod firmware, and the battery argument is a little week tbh. The batteries last a very long time.

But the rest is good info.

    Nintendo Way Of Making Dough:

Make 2 Pokemon games the same, then make a remake the same.

Make 2 DS's the same, then make a remake the same.
