Go to Precinct 52.

Register an account.

Log in and click 'Continue' on the door.

You will be faced with an evidence board where you must select four pieces of evidence, which are:

Cigarette (1117/B)
Origami Bird (1117/E)
Diner (Coffee Shop C)
Tyre Prints (1117/H)

Then when you're finished selecting all the evidence, submit it and wait for your personal demo redemption code.

Enjoy.

NOTE: Code only redeemable on EU accounts. I have personally confirmed that the code did not work on a NA account, but did work on an EU one.

Upcoming psychological thriller Heavy Rain won't be out until February 23. The game's demo is not scheduled until February 11. Today is February 5. So what, let's get the demo.

Sony has launched a website called "Precinct 52", an alternate reality game of sort. This ARG asks players to submit four pieces of evidence.

For those who want to play the ARG, stop now.

For those who do not want to play the ARG and would like to submit the correct evidence (at least, correct at time of publishing) and get the demo right now, continue.

        If they had a demo prepared, they shoulda just put it on the PSN store.

          The demo was for those that took part in the four days challenge, it was meant to be for the fans that have been into the game from day one. Instead Kotaku killed that and gave out the answers breaking a site that was only built to withstand the four days userbase.

    i am downloading my demo now. with my US account. when signing up, go to the heavy rain main site (www.heavyrainps3.com) and make sure to choose USA and then register your account with the correct country (USA)you will probably not get an email telling u what to do so just follow the instructions on this website.

      I registered under UK so I could only use it on a UK account.

    drago, if u have another email account im sure you can try it again. just make sure to clear your cookies for heavyrainps3.com so u can choose your region before you enter the site. there is no reason for anyone to download a UK code if you are in the US.
