As we all know, EA has been trying to take over Take-Two, but so far, have failed. Don't think it hasn't hurt Take-Two, though. As a result of EA's bid, the Grand Theft Auto IV publisher has lost over $11 million.

As we get closer to the new year, things aren't looking to get any better for Take-Two.

The larger publisher had aimed to acquire Take-Two for a cost of US$2 billion but failed because of Take-Two's assertion that the $25.74 per share price point significantly undervalued the company. Since the bid failed, no other suitors have come forward with a bid to acquire the financially troubled publisher.

    Well since they just signed a contract with R*, I can't say I agree with that. But losses are to be expected with this recession shit.
