Microsoft really are pushing the boat out to compete with Sony and it looks like they might just pull it off.

These sites are hugely popular with teenagers and adults.

Using Last FM while playing xbox will be *bleep*ing sweet!

Twitter and Facebook will be a nice little addition I guess.

I'm looking forward to the Last.fm add-on. Couldn't care less for the Twitter one seeing as I don't use it. Facebook can come in handy just for checking up on it and not actually posting anything, since that would take around 10 mins unless you have the little keyboard thing.

Dangit! My 360 would have to mess up and give me trouble when this is announced!

Now facebook isn't too hot with me, but Twitter, I do that throughout the whole day! So Sony better do something with twitter too, so that ALL my online gaming friends can see my updates like that!

It's not checking out people's twitter thing. It's keeping updated with friends through one machine (the console). Twitter is just a thing that lets you send short little update messages to the site, which in turn lets all your friends see, via cell phone or internet.

Nothing wrong with more features which allow for better communication or keeping in touch within the gaming community.
