Don't Be A Genre Snob

Up for some lawsuit news? This time it's a guy that bought a games used and was then shocked to find that he couldn't download the free downloadable content advertised on the box.
A lawsuit was filed this week by a California man claiming that GameStop's used game sales were "deceptively misleading" because the boxes the games came in still advertised downloadable content for the game. The downloadable content is only available to those that purchase games new, however, because the game's come with a code inside that can only be used once.

If people voted with their wallets (and their used games) then they'd be forced to change their act. It kills me that people don't realize if they want something to change, they have to stop doing things the way they currently are.
It's similar to the gas situation. Find another way to get to work and school, stop paying for gas and they will drop their prices.
Supply and demand! It works both ways! We too have power.
$55 used for a $60 new game is just ridiculous.
Because at my Gamestop all the mass effects had this new $30 price tag. Their....raising the prices now?
Damn you gamestop. When I saw the article title I said "oh sweet finally someone is doing something about GS" to bad the person did it on the most retarded reason ever =/
