It's only a couple weeks. Jesus, get a life people. Go outside for a change...
Seriously, it's spring time. Go outside, rake the lawn, go for a bike ride, wash the car, paint the house, make friends with real people instead johndoe1675. It's a great big white world. Learn to enjoy it. Wouldn't hurt some of these folk who live online to get a tan either.
adverb /inˈdefənitlē/
1. For an unlimited or unspecified period of time
* - talks cannot go on indefinitely
2. To an unlimited or unspecified degree or extent
* - an indefinitely large number of channels
There is no specified time as to when PSN will be back. Therefore, it will be out indefinitely.
Indefinitely ≠ Forever. Well, not always at least.
The major problem with this imo is that with the all information that has been compromised, I really just want to log in and change my password and make sure my account is secured for the future.
Another thing though, I see where you guys who say it's spring go out and get a life are coming from. I don't disagree, but there's something inherently wrong telling people how they should live, so imo that's not much better than just complaining. Not to mention I live in a place where there is snow on the ground, and on the forcast so, I won't be outside for a few weeks yet.
To be honest, I don't see how people can defend Sony on this one, even dedicated fanboys. I can deal with not having the service, but waiting a week to tell me so jackass may have gotten my payment information isn't acceptable.
Some people really rely on playing videogames to wind down after a hard days work. It's completely rational for those people to be pissed over this. Not everyone who's complaining over being unable to play games online is a loser who just lives to play videogames. I'd think that people on this site would look past that stereotype.
On top of that, people may not be paying for Sony's online services, but they do pay for games and now they can't get the most of of them. Granted, it's only been a week, so it's not exactly the end of the world, but I digress...
