Marvelous Entertainment, the brain behind the Harvest Moon series is set to merge with AQ Interactive and Liveware, a mobile game company originally part of Marvelous. Starting October 1st, the company will be known as Marvelous AQL.

Marvelous Entertainment, AQ Interactive and Liveware announced today that they have agreed to a merger which will take place on October 1. The new company will be known as Marvelous AQL (officially in English, "Marvelous AQL Inc."). Marvelous CEO Haruki Nakayama will become Marvelous AQL's chairman. AQI CEO Shuichi Motoda will be the new company's CEO.
