Nintendo released their Half-Year Financial Report [PDF, both JP and EN respectively] for Fiscal Year 07, posting a net income of 132.421 billion JPY (1.15 billion USD) for the six month period ending September 30, 2007

Nintendo's net sales for the first half of this fiscal year amount to 694.803 billion JPY (6.08 billion USD), a 132.5% increase over the previous year at this time (298.817 billion JPY/2.62 billion USD). The operating income results in 188.784 billion JPY (1.65 billion USD), and the net profit is the aforementioned grand total of 132.421 billion JPY (1.15 billion USD), which is an increase of 143.7 percent, nearly 2.5 times the previous year's net income at this time.
