Nintendo's Wii Leads Sales, Fending Off Sony Cuts

With the Holidays right around the corner, Wii will be selling more then ever. With new games out including the upcoming Super Smash Brothers Brawl (delayed now), Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Mario Galaxy, and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Wii should expect a boost in sales. Wii will have competition with games like Guitar Hero 3 who sold 1.17 million copies according to th article.
All these new game will improve the Wii's sales and once one of the most wanted games of the year, Super Smash Brothers Brawl (SSBB), hits the stores, money will be practically drooling from the anxious adolescent minds of teens.
According to the article, NPD said,"Total U.S. sales of video games, hardware and accessories increased 73 percent to $1.1 billion in October." If that is so we can only think about the number that will become after some of the newest Wii games approach.

"Nintendo Co.'s Wii regained the lead in U.S. video-game console sales in October, fending off price cuts by Sony Corp. and Microsoft Corp. ahead of the holiday sales season."

    You get a lot less for your buck with the lowered prices of PS3s...

    The Wii still stands at a price from $200-300 and maintains good updates and classic games.

    Yes, the PS3 is so expensive and I dont think many people like it better then WII and XBOX 360.

    How did my article get deleted the fact remains in that post that no one console will have any edge over the other its so competitive that its not possible. Dai it may have sounded harsh but tell me how the Wii will be "drooling" in the money and such over PS3 and 360 when They have kick ass games coming for the holidays themselves. Seriously This article just seem to bash the others, not to mention Akira stated a link to another article.

    Don't mind Finalblade, he is just really cranky and upset that everyone bashes his articles. There was nothing wrong with yours.

    However, you should proof-read the article before posting it . That way they will be even better .
