Midway Looking to Hollywood to Save it

JelalTrueshot | December 27, 2007 | Industry News | PC Playstation 3 Company
It seems as though Midway Games is tired of it's financial slump and has a plan to turn it around by using it's Hollywood connections to develop movie tie-in titles during 2008.
Such games include 'Stranglehold', based on John Woo's 'Hard Boiled', and 'Wheelman', a driving game that will 'serve as a prequel to a planned film starring Vin Diesel'.

How about making some games which don't suck? That might help them financially and their reputation more than a few cheap movie tie ins

You took the words right out of my mouth. The last game Midway made that was decent...I had just opened my SNES box. For real.
