  I haven't heard anything about the Iron Man game and seeing as it's a movie tie in, it's probably going to be pretty bad.
  And also, the people who would buy it are probably different to the people who are going to buy GTA IV so it won't make much difference to their sales.

  The 30th? I thought Iron Man comes out on May 2nd. But games never stopped movie releases before (least I don't recall), I'll definitely go see Iron Man on the that Friday.

    _{The Movie not game. GTA4 will take sales away from Iron Man the movie. Yes i think it will, I don't think Robert Downy Jr is going to play a decent Iron Man, hell i think he will ruin the movie and comic i grew up with. So far it doesn't look anything especial.}

  If it's a movie then how will a game effect it, i mean if people really want to see it but GTAIV comes out and people are busy surely they'd make time to see it.

    There are going to be i would say about 6 million American's playing GTA IV on April 29th, the game is longer 24 hours long, it is longer than 48 hours... The chances are that this games release will heavily effect the numbers going to see Iron Man which is shaping up to be this years blockbuster hit.

  Blockbuster hit? Existenz...have you even seen the trailer for The Dark Knight?
  
  But I doubt the game will affect the opeing weekend for the film. There are people in this world that don't play video games for a living and/or like to go and hang out with friends and/or family. Duh.

    _{I have to agree with you there, Iron Man will never be a blockbuster hit. I don't like the actor playing Iron Man, he doesn't fit the role.
    The Dark Night is going to far surpass Iron Man. That movie is a blockbuster hit.}
