Well it shows some of the weirdest things which Nintendo have invented. From accessories which were used on our handheld devices to things which are just unimaginative. Some of them, are well interesting i must say.

Rejoice! For many years the zany Nintendo peripheral was a diminishing phenomenon. But no longer. Thanks to the Wii, all manner of weird and wonderful accessories are being released again, while the Virtual Console continues to churn up deep feelings of nostalgia for the games and peripherals of ages past. In honour of this new golden age, we thought we’d root around our collective memories for some of the more bizarre, wonderful and downright useless peripherals we’ve encountered over the many ages of gaming. From trash to triumph, join us as we excavate through the layers of Nintendo’s peripheral past.

Wow, the sad thing is that I own/owned alot of those.

The SNES mouse worked great with Mario Paint, I must say. And I still have my Super Scope w/ the Super Scope 6 game somewhere.

And wow, that Gameboy that survived a bombing during the Gulf War is amazing. It still works!

I remember E-reader....I did not want it because of the Nes games on Animal Crossing for the gamecube.

They were all pretty good tbh. I'd say they were unique, not weird. :L

Yeah, I wouldn't go as far as to say they were 'unimaginative'.
